Who we are
pfmdesign.com belongs to PFM Design LLC, a Michigan limited liability company in Traverse City. "We" and "us" on this page mean PFM Design LLC. By using the site you agree to these terms, so if you don't agree, please don't use it.
Using the site
You're welcome to read the site, link to it, share it and look at its source in your browser. Please don't:
- try to break into it, overload it or get around its security;
- copy it in bulk with automated tools, or pass its design or writing off as your own;
- use it for anything illegal.
What's ours
The text, design, code and logo on this site, and the PartScheduler name, belong to PFM Design LLC, and these terms don't hand any of them over. The site also uses software and fonts made by other people, among them three.js, GSAP, Lenis, Archivo, Geist and JetBrains Mono, each under its own license.
The demos are demos
The PartScheduler board on the home page runs on sample data from PartScheduler's demo shop. Its companies, people, jobs and numbers are made up, and the machine simulation is there to show what the app looks like, not how fast any real shop runs. The step times in the lab come from your own device and describe only that device.
Nothing on this site is an offer, a quote or a promise about a project's price or schedule. Those come in writing.
Working with us
Software we build for you is covered by a separate written agreement, and that agreement wins if it and this page ever disagree. Using PartScheduler is covered by its own terms.

Links from this site to other people's sites are there for convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for what's on them.

We work to keep the site accurate and running, but we provide it "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows. That includes warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limits on liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, PFM Design LLC isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data, that come from using this site or not being able to. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
Law
Michigan law governs these terms, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute about them goes to the state or federal courts located in Michigan.
